The Entry Mews
Spanning the length of the building between 97th and 98th Streets, the entry mews offers a secure and welcoming space for students and parents alike to gather during drop-off and pick-up without unnecessary crowding on the sidewalk and at the exit doors. The building is also fully accessible, making it possible for students with physical challenges to attend the School.
"From the beginning, we believed the entrance experience was critical to the design, just as the front steps at Fifth Avenue work as an elegant transition from the street. The entry mews creates a welcoming space between the public street and the front door."
