Why the New Building?
To accommodate our flourishing academic and extracurricular program and the healthy growth of the student body, the School has artfully adapted its Beaux-Arts mansions and creatively utilized additional facilities. While these accommodations offer short-term solutions, it is time for Marymount to build a permanent second home to complement the flagship campus on Fifth Avenue.

As we hold our heritage and traditions sacred, the new building reflects and extends the aesthetic beauty and intimate feel of the Fifth Avenue Campus. Its nearby location allows for program continuity and community engagement, including access to Central Park, Museum Mile, and service organizations. The new facility will bring together state-of-the-art classrooms designed for flexibility in learning; a spacious chapel for liturgies; a competitive regulation-size gymnasium and practice spaces; and multipurpose performing arts facilities.
